As 2020 comes to an end and we reflect on a truly extraordinary year, the team at Spark Wholesale would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding as we worked together through New Zealand's alert levels.

Alert level 1 has meant we are able to enjoy meeting face-to-face and take advantage of domestic travel. Our Auckland and Wellington teams always enjoy catching up with customers when you are in town - and vice versa!

If you recently participated in our customer survey, we sincerely appreciate your time and value your feedback. One of the themes was a request for better communication and as a result, we'll send quarterly product roadmap updates via your Business Manager and increase the frequency of this e-newsletter. Our e-newsletter is one way we'll provide better visibility on wholesale products, projects we're supporting, relevant industry updates and more. Spark Wholesale has lauched a new Business Internet Service (BIS) which will replace our existing Wholesale Broadband Service.

BIS has been designed to fill the gap between MPLS-based internet services and consumer grade broadband services. With traffic separated from consumer broadband and business-grade SLAs, customers get the certainty of MPLS for the cost of a broadband service.

Pacific Island Services

Spark Wholesale can now connect your customers into the Pacific Islands via our Pacific Ethernet Service.

We can act as your pathway to Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Samoa, Cook Islands, Niue and many more of our neighbouring Pacific islands.

We have also launched a local internet service (Pacific Internet Service), utilising Spark's Pacific-based partners. This is a perfect SD-WAN solution and backup to our Pacific Ethernet Service.
